Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch. You can contact our support team for cancellation.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed for damaged, expired, or wrongly delivered items.
  • Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via UPI/bank transfer.

Returns:

  • Fresh grocery items are not eligible for returns unless there's an issue with quality or packaging.
